Connect with us:
Since our inception, we have endeavoured to grow responsibly. While our core values reflect the way we conduct business, they also reflect the way we conduct ourselves. Outlined by one of our values – Responsibiliti, we consciously work on the impact that our business practices have on the world around us. We are constantly reshaping ourselves as responsible corporate citizens of a changing world.
Whether it is patient health, employee safety, or sustainability – Ipca has been at the forefront with its commitment to high ethical standards. We believe that everybody deserves a healthy dose of life. This philosophy is core to our DNA – be it R&D or production, or sales and marketing.
Our CSR efforts involve initiatives in patient health, employee and public safety, nurturing of environment, and building sustainable communities. We regularly encourage and involve our external stakeholders – including healthcare professionals, investors, customers, non-governmental organisations, and suppliers in this endeavour.
A registered charitable trust was established in the year 1991 by Ipca Laboratories Limited. The main aim of this trust is to improve lives of the underprivileged and contribute towards the betterment of the society.
We regularly conduct eye check-up and surgery camps, medical distribution drives, blood donation camps, and other healthcare workshops in remote villages of the country.
We constantly monitor and minimize the environmental impact of our operations and products. This is achieved through well-designed storage systems, safe disposal of effluent material, controlled emissions, and by resource recycling. Moreover, we carry out sapling plantation drives every year, at all of our plant and office locations.
We leverage our capability to contribute to the development of our communities. We lend a hand to local schools by providing amenities such as stationery items, carpets, sponsorships, and by organizing various extra-curricular activities for the children.
We have provided grants to various stakeholders over the years, including medical students, primary schools, old age homes, etc.
